thousands of urists of elephant meat. Wat do.

So, my hunters are apparently as destructive as the gaze of chuck norris, and have slain quite litterally over nine thousand urists of elephant by products. Any idea for hown to dispose of them?

I'm cooking it as fast as dwarven hands will allow, and have built an extra kitchen to cope with the load.
