Custom Skills?

This is a rather short modding question. Is it possible to have custom skills? Because I don't really like the idea of a gun being tied to bowman skill or whatever its called. And if you can mind sharing how to do so?

You cannot add skills. With the PROFESSION_NAME and CASTE_PROFESSION_NAME tokens, though, you could rename crossbowmen to gunmen for example.

Oh that would do the job, what text file would I have to do that in?

That would be creature_standard for dwarves and most other vanilla races.
