One of my dwarves stored an artifact mug in a bin and I want to line one of my dwarf's tomb with artifacts. To place the artifacts I use dump zones and order them to dump the specific item. The problem is that whenever I tell the dwarves to dump the mug, they dump the whole bin. The bin is full of useless crafts and junk that I don't want in the tomb. How do I separate the mug from the rest of the items?

Make a stockpile that only accepts artifact-level items. Make it take from the master stockpile. Set bins to 0. That should do it.
