Mod terrifying biome traits?

I'd really like to be able to mod a terrifying biome to have specific traits: nasty killing clouds yes, stunning rain yes, undead no.  Is there a way to do that?

Not really. You can mess around in advanced worldgen to stop evil biomes to stop making undead, but it's still possible that an evil biome would have, say, only blood rain and beak wolves.

Oh, right, terrifying is evil, isn't it? You can't mod traits away from evil biomes, but you can add them.

Wait, advanced world gen can turn off evil undead?  How do I do that?

Edit: Also, how can I add traits to a terrifying biome?

Look at interaction_region.txt in the raw/interaction examples folder. That gives an example of an evil region trait interaction. Then just make a new text file in raw/objects and stick the interaction in there and the game will use it. You can even make things like traits for good regions if you want to.
