DFhack not loading features

Hey, so I recently decided to start using DFhack and had it running for my last fort. Then on a new one I decided to add the multi-level plugin because there was so much terrain. However I must have done something because it doesn't start with any of the plugins that I have been using before enabled.

I know the file dfhack.init is meant to enable these features so I opened it up with notepad but can't seem to see what I am meant to change. Have re downloaded and copied over the old dfhack files to no avail. If anyone could help me out with this probably noob problem it would make me very happy :)
