Help meh with my full screen woes

So recently after playing TF2 in fullscreen mode and exiting the resolution on my pc is all messed up everething seems massive and I only get about have the internet explorer page Help!

Whoa calm down buddy. First off, this belongs in life advice forums.

Second, did you try accessing control panel and changing it back? Also there might be a driver you need to update or install somewhere.
