Towns and mountainhomes

Couple of small, bugging, questions:

How do you mod towns to be built by a civilisation?
How do you mod out mountain homes?

Doesn't seem to be a world construction, I'm sort of stumped.

The tokens in the entity token are [DEFAULT_SITE_TYPE], [LIKES_SITE] and [TOLERATES_SITE]. The latter two affect worldgen migration; the first affects what sort of site an entity builds. If you wanted everyone to build towns (for adventure mode, say), you'd change everyone's [DEFAULT_SITE_TYPE] to CITY, and ensure that they had CITY in [LIKES_SITE] and [TOLERATES_SITE] to be safe. You could also remove all reference to other site types, but that's not necessary - if everyone has [DEFAULT_SITE_TYPE:CITY], there shouldn't be any other site types.
