i really cant wait for that new update, introducing new fight system (well, not that much, but still its a huge difference), surrendering and identyfing level of threat of the targets.. toady, hurry up!  oh, and also, (lol) here's my question  - when is the update being released? will it be released in this month? or the next one? this week? or next? if anyone knows the answer, please post it.

It means we don't know, and neither does Toady.

If it takes a year it will take a year. The last update took about that much. It fixed major bugs, lots and lots of smaller ones, made a huge amount of tweaks that made the game better, and added lots of new content. It will keep me (and I'm sure most others) entertained for more than a year. We can wait for the update.

And if it ever gets a bit repetitive, there are always tons of mods to try. There are even mods that change the combat system, if you're so eager to try that.
