Dragon breeding
« on: June 25, 2012, 06:55:36 pm »

So, I just got a dragon in a 1054 year old world. My first thoughts were "Oh shit!" and "Time to train my dragon!".

Trapping it should be easy enough, since (according to the wiki) this sucker is not trapavoid. As a bonus, it's female. Hello, eggs!

My two questions are:

1: Is it possible for dragons to successfully breed through modding?
2: If so, how would I go about doing this?

EDIT: I sent my draft marksdwarf squad out to buy some time for the civvies. One birchen bolt and the damn dragon dies from brain damage. I had a brief moment of "What the f... that guy deserves a medal". Thank armok for savescumming.

Then it happened. Then I cringed. Then I picked it up and beat him to death with it, and then his buddies, too.
You beat a man to death with his dick?

Actually it's quite easy to do in save. You just have to give them the [Child:<# of years it takes to mature>]

I just realized two things. 1. For the Win and F___ the World have the same initials. 2. They have the same meaning in Dwarf Fortress.
