You attempt to fix the coolant system but to no avail. All of the initial humans are lost to pod failure. The germ lines and growth matrices are intact however, and you now have all of this extra organic mater to feed the growing children on.

The "human" cargo was probably not very important, and at the very least should be repairable at its destination. Continue toward destination while finishing off our counting of every single prime number. And try to repair the coolant chamber again too.
