For the OP: assuming both sides have internet access, upload it to DFFD, Mediafire, Dropbox, or some other (temp) storage site then download it on the target system.

Alternately, spend the 10$ to 20$ for a 4 or 8 GB USB memory stick.  Walmart and Walgreens both sell them ...
