We have about 4 or 5 topics. Besides that, modding is 100% text; a video can't help you any more than the articles on the wiki can.

what Putnam said is 200% true

Now tutorials on the Wiki are poor at best, but looking at Tokens/tags and reading about what they do helps alot.
even toady has left some nive tips and comments of how things work.

EDIT:
Also we here can answer alot of questions that just seem to utterly confuse you.

I think the best way to start is by reading existing raws from the default DF and from mods and looking at the wiki. Post here if you have any specific questions. Sadly, I don't think there's a full tutorial for it.

I have a learning  disability and am a high functioning autistic. I is easyer for me to learn by watching. What I want to do is add FUN from Magic the Gathering. Here is a FUN example Goblin Grenade let the goblins have a change to kamakazi themselfs and creatures from the game.

P.s im using my cell i only get about 4-5 hours between 2 days a week i live in a group home.

Are you sure modding is the cat's meow for you? because well most of modding is hit and miss, and alot of text. I mean oceans of it. To be more real it's like a ocean within another ocean. And a error can be as simple as a TYPO or a missing "[" or anything.

Saddly I don't think anyone is going to make a video for modding DF since we arn't dealing with LUA or some kindof ".jar" or ".bin" files and working with advanced 3D graphics or trying to play with a game engine's custom scripts.

Spoiler: rant (click to show/hide)

All we do is take a TAG that does a function that we want and then paste/write it into objects.

And like I said it's all hit and miss. That is how I started.

I see. Well i will start to look around the wiki about tokens and that stuff.  After I learn some i will make a threat about my mod. Do you know how to create a abiltity or equipment that once used explodes the creature that has it? If anyone wants to know the progress and or help post here till iI have a workable mod that has at least 5-25 new things.

Meph made some Landmines in Masterwork, And I'm working on making my own self destruct creature. For two of my mods need these critters to complete the lore well at least bring the lore closer.

Start small. Make gnomes also able to appear in the FOREST civ, or add a reaction that makes a new mystical alloy, or something small like that. Once you get the hang of the small stuff, you can apply the skills you learned from that to bigger stuff.
That's my advice. Oh, and keep the wiki open.
