Installing an Antec Kuhler 920
« on: June 18, 2012, 08:13:02 pm »

And it isn't working. The drivers have been installed, and everything is plugged in correctly, but the fans refuse to turn. Everything about my comp is here: http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?docname=c01357135&tmp_task=prodinfoCategory&cc=us&dlc=en&lang=en&lc=en&product=3794737#N356
The pump is working. Could someone tell me what to do?

Check motherboard fan speed settings in bios.
Are you using external fan controllers? Try using an adapter to go to a non-motherboard voltage source.
Very unlikely both fans are dead.

This is the second unit. Since we have contacted Antec several times, and all they can suggest is replacing it, we are sending it back.
The information they provide on their website about it is also lacking. Like power needed.
