Good chat site for hosting kind-of RP?

Many of you are possibly using various chat sites and whatnots. Do you know any good and reliable ones?

It should:
A) Be OK with NSFW content
B) Have logs/archive thing
C) Have a diceroller built-in (optional).

Now, I don't need superflashy thing with 1000 options, something simple and easy would be most appreciated~
