Dwarf-to-Elf interaction, becoming one's worst enemy.
« on: June 02, 2012, 07:11:18 pm »

It ocurred to me that, while I was looking at the mods here, I had yet to see an interaction that caused a dwarf to turn into that which quite a few players despise: an elf. (I'm not saying there isn't one of these, but I have yet to find one.) Thus I made this little interaction to make savage embarks more intresting. For those intrested the interaction lies below.

Code: [Select]
[OBJECT:INTERACTION]
[INTERACTION:DTE]
[I_SOURCE:REGION]
[IS_REGION:SAVAGE_ONLY]
[IS_FREQUENCY:20]
[I_TARGET:A:CREATURE]
[IT_LOCATION:CONTEXT_REGION]
[IT_AFFECTED_CREATURE:DWARF]
[I_EFFECT:ADD_SYNDROME]
[IE_TARGET:A]
[IE_IMMEDIATE]
[SYNDROME]
[SYN_CLASS:TRANSFORMATION]
[CE_BODY_TRANSFORMATION:START:0]
[CE:CREATURE:ELF]

What if “slammed in the ass by dead philosophers” is actually the thing which will progress our culture to the next step?

The /problem/ with this kind of interaction is that your dwarf stops being a dwarf. He still has his skills and equipment, but you can't give him orders or jobs; he acts more like a tame animal than a civilian if he gets changed into another creature. Shame, really.
This, however, is absolutely hilarious.

Yes, this not a serious mod. I made it as both a joke and a way to practice.
