Meeting Zone Assignments

When designating a zone as a Meeting zone, I think you should also be able to filter which dwarves will decide idle there much like you assign animals to a pasture.  This would make it kind of like a loose version of a burrow.

Also useful, and possibly less micro-manage-y would be assigning meeting areas by profession or enabled labor.

Perhaps the ability to turn a workshop into a meeting area, much like a dining hall?  Then dwarves who fit the criteria to use the workshop itself would count that as one of the areas to idle in.

I overcomplicated it somewhat, but since burrows already control the way dwarves access things I think they would integrate perfectly. We just need to give burrows the proper functionality and any meeting hall in it will behave exactly the way you want it. Kills two birds with one stone.
