Also, not a suggestion, and not really workable for the non-humanoid races.

It could still work for non-humanoid races. I guess we'd new tags to determine ratio of height to width, but the BODYSIZE could already handle weight.

Yeah I kinda want to see this happen, sorry if I offend.

Topic creator while I am sure there is a very worthwhile suggestion in here I must protest that you should phrase your suggestion for all those, including myself, who do not immediately know what you are talking about.

Also 160 pounds for a person that tall is underweight.

I can see the weight, but try applying this sort of thing to the MLP mod. Toady doesn't usually make mods stand out so much.

Well it's sorta simple.

I presume the bodysize of the ponies is about the same as a human, but they'd be shorter due to walking on 4 legs?
Add [BODY_DESCRIPTION_HEIGHTRATIO:60] or something. They'd be 60% as tall as a human of the same bodysize with the rest meant to be up to broadness, though HEIGHT would also have to be factored in.

You can find out weight of things if you accidentally cage them :D

Which's pretty much related to their size, too.

Though having uristweight mentioned somewhere might make it easier to run animal husbandry for breeding purpose, hmm.

Think of the future, use the metric system.

I use it for everything except height and weight.

You should start using it for height and weight as well. Inches, feet and pounds are very impractical, in addition to only being used in maybe 5% of the world (in those countries, scientific literature also adheres to the metric system).

DF uses kilograms, IIRC. I know that SIZE is listed in cubic centimeters.
