Basically, I've gotten tired of goblins taking over the world on long world gens. I want dwarves to rule in maybe 100 years of world gen. Specifically, I want each dwarf "birth" to make hundreds of baby dwarves, so they quickly overrun the planet. How could I do this?

quite simple - change dwarfe females. Remove [MULTIPLE_LITTER_RARE] and that would give more babies. If you want even more add [LITTERSIZE:100:100] but it could be bad - will give so many dwarves that it can crush game during long worldgen.

I imagine giving goblins a max age would take away their worldgen advantage more elegantly than giving dwarves several times their own body mass in children per birth.
