A previous character ate a lot of parts of a badger sow, yet was still hungry.  they kept eating until full, but still hungry?  I don't want to promote ascii bulimia  but it would have been nice to hurl, and eat something with more nutritional value?

Sometimes you'll be so hungry that eating all the food your stomach can hold (your stomach is size 3) will not be enough to make you un-hungry. This happens with thirst as well.
To fix this, either fast travel one tile, or rest for one hour. Then eat/drink some more.

If you really want to 'uke, get punched in the stomach or aquire a syndrome.

In case anyone wanted to know how to induce vomiting in other people, just hit their lower bodies. If the attack hits their guts or stomach (one or both?), they'll get nauseous and start vomiting.
