I think I might have discovered a problem with the stone dump, I dunno how you guys do it but I make a garbage dump for rock storage near the mason so I can stack infinite amounts of rock nearby. Unfortunately my mason now has a broken hip after getting hit by falling rocks! I guess it's to do with the new rules on falling things hitting people. Might have to change my designs...

not sure it's completely fixed as an exploit, don't think you have to have a z drop on a garbage dump. However as you can't assign wheelbarrows to your dump it's pretty slow but when I find myself with loads of idle dwarves I do it anyway.
