Project Fedora

Just found out about this. If you don't know, the Tex Murphy games were like sci-fi film noir games. You're bumbling detective Tex, who always gets cases that end up being huge government conspiracies. They were a series of adventure games, mostly coming out at the end of the genre when it was all crappy FMV, but they still managed to be good games. Anyways, they're trying to raise money to make another on on Kickstarter. Just getting the information out, cause they were great games with wonderful stories and humor. If you've got a few spare bucks, why not toss it thier way?

Somehow, that fills me more with dread than anticipation.  It's like being told that someone's exhuming your favorite grandparent and they're going to try to make her into a cyborg stripper.
