Splash down! (0.34.08) + magma mist generator

- Falling objects and creatures create mist in water AND MAGMA! on impact.

- Creatures don't seem to hit or be slowed down by the water, more testing is required.

Tested in arena and fortress with both creatures and items. It does make mist.

I wonder if you can now order unhappy dwarves to dump things in water to get a mist thought. That'd be kinda nice.

It appears the mist is only 1x1 tiles, not expanding. Though when you throw elves across magma while playing as a bronze colossus, they skip twice on the surface before going in. Each time they skip, you get a mist puff. Strangely, skipping on a liquid doesn't cause injury, so a carefully timed skip across lava/magma that lands on dry land on the far side is harmless.

You could make a mist generator by setting up an automated cart loop where carts build up a lot of speed and then skip across a pond next to your dining hall in order to shower the diners with pleasing mist. 

It might just be better for FPS than the old automated waterfall method, as well...
