Will the nation i trade with use my items to equip soldiers? If so it would not be wise to trade them about 50 spicks(my personal item... i accedentaly made it 1 bar for 150 spicks... supposed to be 150 bars per spick) 600-6000 (mostly near 3000)to them .... spicks are so powerful you beter hope it wont ... well here this will explain

It's a shame, I like the idea of exporting weapons of mass destruction....

Yes, they can, but you need a new world, and you need to enable the use fo your weapons, the same as you did with your dwarves, just permit the use of your weapons to that civilization.
