multi-tile trees and digging changes

listening to the new df talk.

i think that multi-tile trees and redone mining could be done in a similar fashion.
big trees could fall in a trunk piece, that later (hopefully with mechanized sawmills) could be turned into multiple logs.

and instead of just digging, there could be a quary stone option such that anything bigger than small stone objects and blocks would require big, hard to haul pieces of stone to carve out of.
