Ok, I'm playing adventure and it says my my guy is hungry and thirsty but when I go to eat and/or drink something it says he's full. And also, whenever I'm "drowsy" and sleep, like literally a minute later it says "drowsy" again =/

Too full can refer to either too full of drink or too full of food; both restrict both. So maybe you drank too little and ate too little, but enough to stop you from being able to down any more at the time.

Also, my guy has a red injury, his foots broken, and it doesn't seem to be healing over time, what do I do about that? (This is in adventure mode) And whenever I try to talk to someone they say that they don't want to talk to me and then try to kill me .-.

Let's see. The injury might be bad enough that it won't heal at all, if quick travel doesn't heal it. What does your character info say about the injury? That the leg is just broken or is there nerve damage too?

As for people going aggro on you, you might have found a bandit site, or whatever they're called these days, you've made an enemy out of them at some point so the moment they see you they try to kill you.

"His fourth toe, left foot is broken. His fourth toe, left foot is smashed open." (It's also infected  :D)

And is there any specific place that towers are more likey to be or is it just random?

Necro towers are random, although they will be near the Civ that spawned them.
Goblin towers don't exist.

I had an above ground garden built in the grounds of my castle and two young dwarves spent time socialising there over the summer and at the end of the summer they were in love. Remember those long summers of your childhood? That first kiss in the gardens while crossbows dwarves shoot goblins above your head? The rain of dead birds as the hunters get to work? Truly Spearhills is a paradise.
