Im confused by this.

Its asking if I want to drink blood of my lung.

Has anyone gotten something odd like that happen? And on another note, my title is correct! Im secretive and I healed in secret after the fight that got blood on my lung.

It seems perfectly reasonable that a refilling waterbloodskin is much more important to your health than not having a lacerated lung.

They're completely replaceable with some modding. You won't have a lung in the spot of said missing lung but you can have a bag full of lungs of your defeated victims which are now 'your' lungs.

All joking aside, (the way I see it) you received an injury of some sort that ended up with you having a spatter of blood hitting your lung. You are now given the option to drink that blood. No harm in doing it, no harm in not doing it.
