Artifact clothing
« on: March 30, 2012, 10:01:20 am »

I know that high quality clothing wears away just as fast as low quality (which I think should be changed, if you think about it, how long would an expensive top-of-the line sock irl last compared to a cheap crappy one from the store?). Anyway, I have some artifact clothing and I was wondering, if I were to unforbid it would somebody take it, and would it last forever since artifacts can't be destroyed*?

*(yes, yes, they can, only in extremes though)

EDIT: make that 15. Not sure what took that last one so long.

Usually, the cheap crappy socks last about 10 times as long as expensive brand socks. Expensive brands make their stuff to wear out fast, so they can sell more of their overpriced crap with a name on it.

Artifact clothing in real life would be hilarious--the CEO of a major company would be able to afford an artifact sock--and the medical care needed to put something bristling with metal and rock spikes on your foot.

So basically everyone would have to be polite to Uman McFeetSpike or else.
