Description of Recent history: The Artoxians have just achieved sentience in the past 100,000 years. They have been quickly advancing in technology, surpassing many other races. They are, however, prone to mental defects; many of the common populace are sociopaths or possess split-personality disorder.
Your planet: Artox 3. It's a moon to the planet Artoxia, which is a gas giant. It is comprised of jungles and deserts.
Your solar system: Betelgeuse. (It's an actual star.)

Ok so i didn't post today, so I will tell you a few things:

First of all if I don't (god forbid) get a turn up this month which is starting to look likely during June I will.

2nd here are some things I will tell you you will start off able to run your factory at max capacity as well as 1 research lab so fell free to submit a tech list your interested in and I'll give you values for it

Finally you will all have a run in with two alien organizations, one tailored for you, one that will go for you all, you can do with your race what you want, war or peace
