I don't think so, but if it makes you feel any better one of my dwarven children went into a strange mood and has started making something with a goblin's bones.

Ahh, for the good old days, when you could make bone bolts out of goblin and elf bones to shoot the little suckers down.

You still can ! Just need to edit the ethic raws a bit.

Dammit, this thread inspired me to try ripping off a piece of a plump helmet man in the arena and consuming it, but they aren't available in the arena :/
Just do a mass find/replace to remove all of the [ARENA_RESTRICTED] tags in the raws. I do it all of the time since the only reason the tag was really added was to stop us from finding out about all of the new 31.x creatures when DF 2010 came out.

It would be brutally difficult and probably won't work. In other words, it's absolutely dwarven!

You may not need to mod the ethics at all.  Just drop them into a 20 z-level pit where they will explode on contact with the floor, or pit them into a room that's covered with serrated disc traps which will puree them.  After the flesh rots off, the bone carver will use the bones from some body parts.  At least they did that in 31.25.  You got to make sure they die in a way that leaves gibs all over the place, since bone carvers will use bones from certain parts of sentients that have been removed.

That is an insane and dangerous plan.  I approve wholeheartedly.

"It goes flying off in an arc" should answer that question...

Nope, it always *says* that it flies off in an arc, but then it also says it remains in their grip. The second one is true.
