New farmable item for pastures "fodder"

Basically farmers grow fodder plants.  Fodder plants are harvested and baled.  Bales are hauled to pastures and one fodder is placed in every tile that has no grass or naturally growing fodder in it.

This would perhaps allow elephants and other large animals that are hard to feed on grass to be supplied by good farmers?

In some of his comments, Toady has mentioned that this is something he intends to do in the future, but hasn't really gotten around to yet, along with most of the rest of the animals that don't need to be fed yet.

He has mentioned the idea of gathering grass on DFTalk as well, although I don't remember which one it was.

It would be nice if we got fodder as a byproduct of some crops too, though. Like cave wheat or longland grass.
