Toady and Dwarven Towns?

Ok ok, yes I know there are currently no goblin or Dwarf towns in adventure mod, that they are not in the game yet.
Has Toady said when they may be implemented at all?

Looking at the development page I think that probably the latest this will happen is in release 3-4, so at the current rate that's about 6-8 years. It will probably happen before that though, whenever Toady figures out exactly how he wants goblin/dwarven fortresses to look.
