Worst Squad Name:  The Frilly Spears

Considering I need all my squad names with weapons and that it takes awhile... I had to keep it.

I would any name that you rolled through the generator doesnt count. For this I had one of the weirdest combinations of names i just stuck with.

Fortress name : The painted virgin
Squad name    : The Bridal desiccators... talk about ironic

That's technically an action, not a speech... Well it was only a matter of time before I had to write another scene of utter and horrifying perversion.

King of Candy Island.

My favourite ever militia commander was called Feb Posthands the Blade of Vengance. Her squad was the Devastating Artifacts. I think there was also a axe lord in the same fort called Urist Toolcrafts the Grieving Snarl of Iron. He had a named iron battleaxe as well which was sweet.

I recently had a squad named The Brass Virginities. Was appropriate given they had only copper armour and no military skills what-so-ever.

My most memorable squad has to the "The Coal of Crows." Interpreting 'coal' loosely, I rather liked it.
My current fortress seems to have been taking names along the vein of a bunch of militant missionaries.
"The Tools of God", "The Armored Monks, "The Winged Helms", and "The Golden Lions".  It may be worth noting that once I begin to see a 'theme' occurring, I will obsessively try for new ones till receiving a name that fits whenever adding a new squad.  ::)

I made a mod where giant spiders, snake-people, minotaurs, dwarves, and a gnome-like creature were all the same species.  In spite of being radically different sizes, a snake-person and a spider could get married and have a minotaur as a child.
A wonderful love story of a family that is truly without prejudice.

Golden Lions? Bah, Lannisters.

A tiny, foul-tempered humanoid creature that dwells in the evil mountains. They are known to enjoy drinking liquor and will take any unguarded supplies of booze.

The first squad in my new fortress is called

"Machines of Impunity"

which is pretty good considering I usually get names like the Tin Sacks or something crappy like that

My current embark:

Group:The Unholiness Of Horrors

Fortress: Agelesstorment

I think they go well together. The only thing that would make it better is if I was embarking in a Terrifying biome instead of Untamed Wilds.
