well yea recently a seige while i was redesining my entrence, so i had to use my miliraty, only 4 causlty vs aroudn 20 goblins (mostly lashers) but now theres goblin body everywere... so how do i move them?

The bodies are outdoors, bodies (and things marked for dumping) are counted as refuse, and you have your standing (o)rders regarding (r)efuse set so that your dwarves ignore refuse (o)utside. Change that, and they'll stop ignoring outdoor refuse.
