My 6 year old fortress (~250 dwarfs) recently became the capital.
So now i got 6 new immigrants:

Doren the vampire queen:
-Claims that she is 19 years old despite beeing born 220 years ago...
-Has about 6000 sentient kills (mostly dwarfs and humans)
-Has quite a big family (but nobody of them is at my fort)
-Superdwarfen attributes but only "Adequate Speardwarf" and great social skills

Ast (Swordsdwarf)
-Legendary +5 Swordsdwarf, Accomplished Armor user, shield user etc..
-87 years old (that's correct), but no family whatsoever (Vampire??)

Atir (Hammerdwarf)
- Legendary +5 Hammerdwarf (and so on)
-60 years old,  husband also arrived with her

Ingish (Hunter)
-Husband of Atir, nothing special here

Mestthos (Speardwarf)
-Legendary + 5 speardwarf (etc)
-58 years old, no family
Ineth (Hammerdwarf)

-Legendary +5 Hammerdwarf (etc)
-86 years old, no family

Is it normal to get supersoldiers when the King/Queen arrives??
What should i do with the queen? Can I just lock her away or will she have to conduct meetings?
Should i feed her some of my 80+ babies and children?
Are those champions vampires as well? What should i do with them??

You usually get some legendary weapon skill dwarves when the regent arrives. I don't think they necessarily are vampires just because the regent is.

I suggest that you build a big underground palace for her and burrow her there. Send food and drinks through a shaft. And every year, you sacrifice a virgin to her.

I believe the dwarves with no family are the standard RNG created "filler" dwarves when historical figures are not available.  What is his birthday listed as?

Their Birthdates are correct (they don't lie about their age).
