Adventure mode creatures?
« on: March 13, 2012, 06:56:16 pm »

If I wanted to play as a creature that has no civ. (e.g. bronze colossus), do I have to make a new civ to put the adventure mode playable tag? Or do I put it in the creatures .txt?

Yes, they do not need booze, they can work entirely off of water.
Freaks.

I'm pretty sure he'd move diagonally if he could.
You would think that, but the guy thought encasing himself in fire was a good idea.

You should just be able to create a new file called entity_bronzecolossus.txt and be able to play as a bronze colossus in adventure mode then. This should work.

You don't even need the biome support tags.

Something like this will work:

If anything, having something as short as that will still allow you to play as an independent creature, meaning to say you're going to be the least hated colossus at the start of the game.

What do you mean by that?

By that, if the civ won't build civs structures (towns), you can just start as an outsider.
