I heartily disagree. I've got dwarves who lie in their hospital beds undiagnosed despite the presence of nearby doctors and my CMO, dwarves who die of thirst despite having a nearby well and dozens of idle dwarves with related labours enabled, dwarves that need to be rediagnosed every time they're cleaned... lots of stuff
