Just curious to know if its possible yet to create custom syndromes and/or interactions which can have different effects under different circumstances.

Some basic examples of what I mean:

- An ability which has different effects depending on if the user is in a martial trance, enraged or not effected by either.
- A syndrome that displays different side effects as it runs its course or when different conditions are met. (Slow zombifing disease that starts out as normal looking symptoms or something similar)

Please note that I know nothing about modding in DF, so if you decide to explain things don't be afraid to consider me a dummy when it comes to the subject.

The first idea isn't possible to my knowledge. The second should be possible, if you add a delay to the thingy that makes them into a zombie.
