Is there a mod to add sound effects?

As title. I was watching a 'Let's Play' video of Dwarf Fortress on Youtube (The forts name was Lancer-something. played with DF2012) and the guy was playing with sound effects. You could hear the twang of a crossbow when his hunter fired bolts, coughing when a llama puked, and punching sounds when his Yak and Mule started fighting. As I don't think he would take the time to add in the sound effects for the vid, I can only assume that he was playing with some sort of mod.

I only know he was using Therapist, and Ironhand's graphics. I can't use Lazy Newb Pack if that's what I'm missing; Long story short, my auth key got disabled for reasons unknown to me for certain. I suspect a keygen wrote up my key, got posted somewhere, and got used a lot, therefore I can't update .Net Framework on this ol' thing.

Can anyone help?

He was using Soundsense. I'm unsure if its been updated for the latest release or not though.
