Wait it says that they cannot follow order

Is there something i need in the barracks to have them be able to train in there?

May have fixed it, i seemed to have had the barracks turned off for training? However only two are training

Tried what schismatise has said and changed the schedule or put them on active/training?

Put the minimum back to 10 imo ;P And as Loud Whispers said, don't forget to make sure the squad is actually active, or they'll revert to their regular civilian jobs, and only train solo while on break, which isn't often.
