Thought it was just to cool to pass up, I get some immigrants and I notice one of them is badly wounded, teeth missing and a foot missing as well. Started thinking maybe it was from a previous embark. Then it happened, Inod the Ghostly Miner shows up from my last Embark. Never knew that you could get immigrants from unsuccessful embarks AND they would bring ghosts with them, although now I have to create a memorial for this guy...

Yup, dead dwarves are condemned to wander the world until they find kinsmen who'd engrave a slab in their memory. And for living ones it is a sacred duty which they have no rights to deny.
Sadly, Toady has already fixed this.
