It is finally finished. Over a decade of researching, experimenting, and being shunned by society, solitude has finally granted you a new power over everyone: The ability to travel through time and space. You can change history, life, perhaps even the universe itself.
Before you embark on your quest though, a few questions need to be answered.

Mercenary: At one point, you served as a soldier under the nation you lived in. You were eventually discharged after spending more time 'fantasizing' about time-traveling than focusing on any given missions. Afterwards, you still were able to use your military skills, and you did several mercenary jobs to fund your time machine project.
This specialty will increase your ability with weapons/combat you engage in when you time travel.
Environmental Biologist: You got a job studying various forms of wildlife. You loved your job, but were distraught to see how humanity destroyed nature in various ways. You decided that maybe changing things and events in history would change humanities course. This is what began your quest for time travel.
This specialty gives you immense knowledge on environment and non-human life.
Engineer: You were enlisted to design various machines by a private corporation. However, you had bigger goals. Taking the model of a device, you edited it dozens of times until you found that it would harness the ability to travel through time. You quit your job to pursue the new uses of this machine.
This specialty grants you a greater ability to design, create and modify any tools you come across.
Anthropologist: You became a scholar in search of the big answers to the question, "What is a human?" However, being alive only granted you a small amount of time to witness life for yourself, and you could only find information about the past through secondary sources. This is what gave you the idea to find a way to travel through time, to find out more about humanity.
This specialty will increase your charisma and understanding of humans throughout history.
: Your time traveling device is a large rectangular box, similar to an English phone booth. However, the interior is filled with buttons and devices. Simply step inside, enter your set date and location, and you're good to go.
Electronic Database Pad: Your E.D.B., a small electronic solar-powered device, serves two main functions. The first is that it houses a huge databank of information on anything that was recorded from the past. (Obviously, it does not hold information about anything from the future.) The second is that you can use to record via writing, voice recording, pictures, or even converting small objects into digital data.
M1911 Pistol: Time Traveling is a dangerous job. If you can get past nature trying to murder you, living things may not have positive feelings towards you. That is why you carry a M1911 Pistol; small enough to conceal, but deadly enough to murder all sorts of people and animals. No matter what point it is in history, no evidence has been found that it is good for a human being to be penetrated by a piece of metal at high speeds.
