I can't find it.  I've searched and searched, and it doesn't seem to appear as any object on the map either. D=  I'm trying to kill a Vamp there.

In the mini map when fast traveling, it would appear as one of those "door" icons. They are usually near/in the center of the town (that brown part that you can't freely move around). Hit "m" couple of times until the list of buildings come up. You should eventually see a blue name on it (at the top). That is usually the temple or cathedral. You do have to move around a bit though.

Also, ask people about the capital, they will mention the temple if there is a temple. If there is no mention, then maybe it is a bug?

Also, remember not all temples are located inside the towns' walled areas. Sometimes it's on the borders of the town.
