I have a vampire that i suspect from sucking my other dorfs because i think she's the only vampire atm. However she doesnt follow military commands nor burrows because she's running around babbling. How to get rid of this sucker?

Do babbling vampires still drink blood? I don't think thats possible since insane dwarfs don't feed themselves O-o

Otherwise, put your meeting area right next to your dormitory/bedrooms. Vampires supposedly prefer sleeping targets. If it is witnesed, then it goes to the justice screen. Hope you have a fortress guard/sheriff.

Vampires don't need gameplay wise even feed, which is why 100% vampire fortress works.

I've had a mood-insane vampire for a couple of years in-game time now. He hasn't harmed anyone. Just sort of lightens the mood in the meeting hall.
