Frequent Crashes

I'm having frequent crashes now that I stopped with the embark !!science!! and moving onto lava, anyone else having frequent crashes soon after migration wave hits or from flipping levers (attached to bridges)?  Currently using Phobeus 34.02v02 and DwarfTherapist

Whats' your operating system? Windows? XP? Vista? Win7? Mac OSX? Linux? Other?
