Well, I've been attacking a necromancer tower for quite a while. Demons keep showing up occasionaly and attack the zombies inside. Is this supposed to happen?

Considering my experience with demons in other RPGs, I would assume yes.
Usually they are rather selfish beings that don´t care about the well being of their worshippers / allies and will even kill them for fun ;)

i started a thread on this a few days ago... weird huh? the only explanation i could think was a sort of vampire thing where the clown was posing as a god, then was discovered as a clown, and ran to the necromancers... then when you showed up the demon was there to and it just attacked everything in sight.
