Every once In a while, when I build on a volcano square there is no visible entrance.  I look through the uncharted area of the lower level and sometimes there is a line of commas like: ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, with black boarders like the rest of the uncharted areas.  Does this mean anything?  Or is that just a side effect of the stage generator?

I've seen this too, I think it's just a side effect of the random characters as I've never noticed anything special by digging them out.

when it's generating hundreds of tiles per level and you've got 15+ levels, there is bound to be some lines here and there.

I've seen this too and I was disappointed that I found nothing unusual there.

I found one at the bottom Z level. I thought there might be something there. I mined down there eventually and there was nothing of interest there.

I've noticed this on the bottom level of every fort I've had (though most haven't gone long enough for me to find out if there was a hidden magma vent or not). It's probably just a quirk with the RNG or something. I've noticed an occasional "line" on other levels as well, but those are always made from assorted symbols (like ,,,%%%%,,```,,,,) rather than a solid line of just commas.

Yeah, I have seen this. All of my forts have had a line of about 30 '%'s in a row. At first, I thought it was just chance, but what is[/is] going on here?
