indoor/underground farms were marked as outside, preventing you from growing certain crops.

Apparently it is a new glitch then, as the 'above-ground' farms I had in 33e 1 level below the ground converted to below-ground farms correctly when going to 33f.

@Mr.Person: But then you have to rebuild the floor with glass or something, otherwise you will have an additional entrance to your fortress.

If you make your farm 5 levels deep with nothing but a long fall from outside, it'll be considered an new entrance yes, but I don't doubt nobody will care too much for it  :p
