I cant support clubbing of seals -.- . Damnit you know the world has to support a struggling gun-industrie.
The club, despite the massive propaganda machine against it, is the more humane way then killing seals with the gun. Guns give the temptation to kill from afar, which is far less accurate. Moderate training with the club allows a precision kill that is fast, and has less chance of missing vital spots and slowing the death. It also leaves the fur more intact then a gun kill.

But I'm sure that Toady would make a crayon drawing of the animal of your choice if you donated!

After what happened to Toady this drive...

I have a feeling that if Toady did do this again, which is unlikely, he would REALLY decrease the number of animals.

154. When you get the word "adamantine" on your LA vocab, you quickly cross it out and replace it with "cotton candy" and spend the next 10 minutes in fetal position rocking back and forth in fear. (Yes, I actually did this.)
...Wait. Adamantine is real?...
...155. You are no longer sure what metals are real or fictional.

It is, as a quick foray to google or wikipedia would have revealed, a dance.

It is, as a quick foray to google or wikipedia would have revealed, a dance.

More specifically, it is a reference to Breakin' 2: Electric Boogaloo.

Quote from: Wiki
Since the release of the film, the unusual subtitle "Electric Boogaloo", a reference to a funk-oriented dance style from the 1970s, has become commonly used in reference to sequels. The implications vary, but tend to imply a sequel that is ridiculous, absurd, unwanted, unnecessary, formulaic, or simply obscure.

Gratz on your successful necromancy, btw

I hope Toady will give each sponsored animal some distinct abilities, as it was originally planned.
I'm a bit disappointed that my animal turned out to be very generic, I've hoped for at least one special attack (swallowing or strangling).

Don't worry, Toady has plans for every animal, but it'll just take time.

Does anyone else find the irony in this thread being necro'd the day before the release that includes the rest of the sponsorship animals?

They're nearly as bad as badgers. Build a couple of anti-buzzard SAM sites marksdwarf towers and your fortress will look like Baghdad in 2003 from all the aerial bolt spam. You waste a lot of ammo and everything is covered in unslightly exploded buzzard bits and broken bolts.
