What's your favorite user-made trap?

For example, magma mines.

Urist's Mod! Spawnable NPCs include bogeymen, bronze colossi and a random Forgotten Beast, generated on the fly and animated for your vomit.  Also magma.

Obsidian encasing trap. Kills everything, gets rid of all that cloth or wood crap, and produces precious obsidian.

Don't do this on elf caravans though. Good old drowning chamber works, or just kill'em with your military.

Bridgeapault.

I actually built a wall and roof to contain it, then dug a pit that dropped steadily to the center, where a nice 7/7 magma bath awaited any poor soul who landed in the middle. Everyone else landed on spikes on the Z-levels down.

It didn't usually work all that great, but it sure was hilarious to flip half a squad in the air, atom-smash the ones who came straight down, and watch smoke rise from the doom hole.

Water pushing traps.  Set it up right with flow reducers and it's totally indiscriminant, catching sieges, snatchers, thieves, caravans, migrants, careless citizens...  The dwarven machine gun is pretty cool too, but I haven't built one yet.

One of my forts has a logic-gate based system that uses pressure plates to selectively obsidianize parts of the map (via pumping magma from below and then pouring water onto it) with complete automation.  The pump stack to supply the magma cistern even turns itself on when the cistern hits 60% full and then shuts itself back off at 100% full to save FPS.
