The Science of Villager Mutilation?
« on: February 01, 2012, 09:13:25 pm »

I've been experimenting with my adventurer on the science of mutilating villagers. Armed with my steel axe, I wait until nightfall do conduct my experiments. From what I gathered, removing both arms isn't fatal if you get out of the house fast enough, and get the patient out of sight. This worked about 80% of the time. However, trying to remove both legs, or more than three limbs have proved fatal 75% of the time. Disembowelment and wounds to major arteries have about a 95% chance of death. Decapitation seems to be 100%. When my work is finished, I retire in a nearby village.
After creating another character, I performed my tests on the same mutilated subjects, but instead removing their left leg. 90% success rate. I repeated this with a new character for the right leg. I am now happy to announce that the town of Sugarramptarts now consists of only quadruple amputees.
Do you guys have any other information that can help me?

On Genesis: cut their phallus off and see what happens after.

On vanilla: Cut off their tongue, if possible, or forcibly remove any organ that is not the heart, brain or stomach.

They've built a resistance to death from the amount of unfortunate accidents that gravitate towards their pancreas's.

Silly, dwarfs don't use guts for alcohol processing, they do that with their beards.

Decapitation seems to be 100%.

SERIOUSLY?

Oh and by the way, I cut many phalluses in my adventures, it doesn't seem deadly. (I don't include suicides)

And guts have a strange behavior, to some races its an instakill, like a hit to the brain, on other is just pain and bleeding.

And a tip for the Genesis players, don't try to make a hydra bleed out, it just... just wont, like, i tore its heart many times and cut many necks but it just wont.

probably it is due to the presence of the [THOUGHT] tag on the brain. I understand that a creature with no remaining body parts that have thought tags tend to die.

 ;)

Also, why all the hating on escaped lunatics? Some of us read the form way more than we post.

Decapitation seems to be 100%.

I would be worried if it wasn't.
